The main objectives, the expected outcome, and constraints will form the project brief.
The project brief will include the following;

• Preliminary cost estimate

A project team will also be assembled and with the client sign-off on stage 1, the Concept design can commence.

At this stage we focus on the relevant design principles to be implemented in relation to the outlined project brief.
We use our experience, knowledge and skills to enhance the design, considering cutting edge technology, and sustainability solutions. Our goal is to always exceed the client’s expectations and present.
Close attention is also paid to parallel related design components;

With the client sign-off, we proceed to stage 3

After a successful concept design presentation, we will aggressively endeavour to develop the design together with the client in a series of meetings (not exceeding 3) to perfect the concept and enhance our 3-key deign principles;

This stage is perhaps the most engaging and challenging. It requires a unique harmonisation between the client and the design team.
At the final design presentation, all architectural building components have been embodied with a structural design strategy and budget outline. A project execution plan will also be discussed.
